Refund policy
At Healoop, we want you to feel great about your purchase. Our products are crafted with care and designed to support your journey toward mindfulness and self-care. However, due to the limited nature of our inventory, please note the following policies.
Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. This helps us reduce waste and manage inventory more sustainably. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help!
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us at healoop.co@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your package. Make sure to include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
Order Cancellations and Changes
Need to make a change? You can modify or cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase by contacting us through chat or email. After 3 hours, your order may move into production, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if your order is damaged or incorrect. If approved, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Information
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance.
- Customs Duties and Import Taxes: For international orders, any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
