Shipping Policy

At Healoop, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives smoothly and on time. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process.


Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!


Estimated Shipping Times (includes processing time)

  • USA - 7-12 business days.

  • UK - 8-12 business days.

  • Canada - 8-15 business days.

  • Other regions - 21-21 business days. (delivery times vary by location).


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, but once a shipping label is created, we may not be able to make changes.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll arrange a reshipment upon request, but additional shipping fees may apply.


International Shipping and Customs

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍 However, international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Healoop is not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
