Please note: Customs duties or additional fees might apply depending on your region, and you may need to pay these charges upon delivery. For specific questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Healoop is not responsible for any customs fees.

▶ 2) When will my order ship?

We know you’re excited to receive your order! 🥰 Order processing takes 1–3 business days, and shipping times vary by location:

  • USA: 5–8 business days
  • UK: 7–9 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Other regions: 10–15 business days (varies by location)

▶ 3) How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your order ships, we’ll send tracking information so you can follow its journey. 📦

Please allow a few days for the tracking status to update—carriers sometimes take time to provide scans.

▶ 4) Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes—within 3 hours of placing your order. Contact us via chat or email to modify or cancel. ⏰

After 3 hours, your order may move into production and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

▶ 5) What’s your return & exchange policy?

All Healoop products are made to order, so we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our priority! 💛 If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us at healoop.co@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve it and ensure you have the best experience. 💌✨
