1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! 🌎 However, certain locations may have shipping restrictions. Please note that customs duties or additional fees might apply depending on your region, and you may need to pay these charges upon delivery. For specific questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Healoop is not responsible for any customs fees.
2. When will my order ship?
We know you’re excited to receive your order! 🥰 Order processing takes 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location:
- USA, Europe, and the UK: 3-10 business days.

Other regions: Delivery within 2 weeks.
We’ll do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible!
3. How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey. 📦 Please allow a few days for the tracking status to update—it might take some time for the carrier to provide updates.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Need to change something? No problem! You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us through chat or email. ⏰ After 2 hours, the order may move into production, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. We appreciate your understanding!
5. What’s your return & exchange policy?
