Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍 Wherever you are, Healoop is coming to you.-
Address Accuracy:
Please make sure to provide an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an address change is needed, reach out to us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to assist, keep in mind that once a shipping label is generated, we may not be able to make changes. -
Missed Deliveries Due to Incorrect Address:
If the package returns to us due to an incorrect address, please email healoop.co@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange reshipment. Note that additional shipping costs will apply.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Buyers are responsible for covering these fees. Please understand that any customs delays are beyond our control. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Since we keep limited inventory, we want to make sure everything goes out perfectly.
